This advertisement from Chipotle is not made using CGI. This is all stop-motion animation ala Nightmare Before Christmas style and not using a computer. Amazing. Song selection isn’t bad either and I’m all for sustainable meat practices. Happy meat tastes better.

Disconnect Plugin for Chrome
The Disconnect Plugin for Chrome blocks Facebook, Google, Twitter, Yahoo, and Digg cookies from being used outside of those sites. The way it works now, if you use Facebook (or any of these sites) they have the ability to track anywhere you go on the web. It’s like always having your cellphone with you and the phone company being able to track your movements.
I dunno about you, but I think I’ll pass. Disconnect allows you to do this easily inside of Chrome. Install it and forget about it. And if you’re truly paranoid like me, you wont just blindly put your trust in this plugin either! So of course it’s opensource, and you can grab the source if you like.
It’s not that I’m paranoid, but I know the entire Internet is trying to spy on me.
The 405 freeway between the 10 and the 101 will be completely closed the weekend of July 16-17. They’re going to demolish a bridge that runs over the freeway to rebuild it. Stay home if you can, traffic in LA that day will be wicked.
